Bombay was nice, you knew it was nice and you were reluctant to leave.....With this new job in Dubai, you are undergoing alot. It's still early so you shouldnt make a final judgement.
I pray that it improves for you and you get the respect you deserve.
Things have definitely improved but the Asst. Manager is still one of a kind....reached that position without any qualifications or proper IT Knowledge.
Loves to throw his weight around and show that hes the boss...even though no one is threatening his position
