We went for a trek to Kamalgad, r destination was a fort that a gr8 King named Shivaji once conquered back when ppl used swords and horses to win wars...it was situated on top of a very large hill, for strategic reasons...anyway we were all pushed to r absolute limits...we were actually climbin slopes that were inclined at more than 45 deg. Atleast 5 or 6 times, some ppl wanted to head back down...but went we finally reached the fort, all concluded that it was worth the experience...lol many of r girl friends were all sore, not that i'm all fit and fine ;) and many got minor cuts and bruises, we all felt the effect of the trek the next day.

If u get a chance to experience such a thing, go for it, its a totally different experience from the big city life of pubs and night clubs...u do need a change of scene at some time or the other, this could be ur answer..it definitely was mine :D

An Overnight with friends..

Our company took us for an overnight trip to a place called Kashid, which is on the coast touchin the Arabian Sea, In all we were about 70 ppl, its was real fun...r bus broke down 4 times on the way, all tyres got punctured, first one, then another and later the last two at the same time, gosh, i dont think anyone ever experienced such a thing.. ever :D Anyway since we were all together, we still made the best of it..We really had a gr8 time, got to know alot of ppl much better (they usually r pretty serious at work).

On the day we had to return, there was an iRock concert (the best college rock bands from all over get together to...) in Bombay, some of us decided to leave from Kashid to the concert, but somehow all of us couldnt make it (for various reasons) but some of the ppl that went really had a blast..

All in all, we had a nice time :)
